MapMyRun.com – Cardio – Various: High Intensity 20 Min Cadio Workout on 07/26/2010

Need to get back into running but I seem to have strained my left knee so I am going to rest it till tonight or tomorrow morning. I seem to experience less arthritis pain in the later part of the day.
