Went and did 13.82 miles. Took a little over 1.5 hours. This is near my limit for now. I was pretty tired on the last two miles. I need to figure out a 15 mile course & stick to it. The back roads are killing my wrist, especially with my RA.
I would like to get 100 miles in this month. I have 41 right now. There is only 10 more days. That’s six miles per day. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
As you can tell i have stopped running but I would like to work that into the routine too. Even if it is just walking the route.
Today it was raining a little. That was good. It kept the heat down & provided a breeze.
