Road Cycling – General Road Cycling

Road Cycling – General Road Cycling. I feel pretty good after this ride. My wrist are very sore. I think that it is my RA that has them sore. This is my third workout this week. This has been my longest ride. I think I need bike shorts. The padding is needed.  I have 65 miles this month. Its going to be tough getting 100 miles this month.
