– Regular Run: 4 mile loop run on 09/09/2010 – Regular Run: 4 mile loop run on 09/09/2010.

So today I decided to make a change & do a run. I basically went around the block. Thing is that it is a 4 mile loop. At around the 2.5 mile mark my legs started to cramp. Before the 3 mile mark my right knee started to hurt.  It is now 5 hours later & i am still with the pain. I will try to ice them for a bit & see if that helps. What i dont have is sore wrist. They ache a little but not like yesterday. So if I run my knees yell at me & if I ride my bike my wrist get sore.  Oh well at least I am keeping the weight down.
