SO I had 30+ minutes to kill before I had to go to Margaret’s class tonite. I usually have an hour or more. So I did this short run. I ran (moved faster than I walk) for 1 minute, then I walked for a minute. Sometimes I would get out of sync but that is what I tried to do. So I got moving a little more. I was a little sweaty at the school open house though. Best thing is I did it in less than 30 minutes. Now I need to work on get 3 miles done in under 30 minutes. In the end my knee felt better & for awhile I forgot that my RA was killing my wrist. Lets see what I can get in tomorrow.
