So it needs to be distracting enough & to get moving I'd start with

1.) Led Zepplin's "Stairway to Heaven";

2.) then move to the Stones "Painted Black",

3.) wrap it up with Three Doors Down "When I'm Gone"

I dont know how you can limit this to just three cause I have to add: Jethro Tull's "Aqualung" or any Beatles. Eric Clapton from Cream days, Stone's Beggar's Banquet. Heck you have 26K.

But these could all change based on what is going on in my head
